The microphone went into Mute mode and despite following instructions using the BlueParrot button or the power on/off button when on call to take the mute off, the microphone remain muted. I will not recommend this set.

One thing that I don't like so far is that it's tight around the ear so after wearing it for a couple of hours it is uncomfortable. Hoping it will break in and loosen up. Two things that I like is that it's versatile for either ear and the noise reduction is awesome.
