It was extremely easy to set up and it worked well. I like the option to use as mono or duo. It has a very nice case that should provide added protection.

Blue Parrot must correct the connection issues this device has. It constantly looses connection which prevents listening to media. The headset dose provide good noise cancelling and noise cancelling options. Must fix connection issues.

One of the best bluetooths out there,so many complaints about it but ive never ran across one it works its loud and it stays connected,I should’ve bought it sooner

This device isn’t worth the money I paid for it the sound quality is poor and it also disconnects during calls.

If you are used to the parrot bt 450, I would steer clear of this headset. I got on pair and it was terrible, thinking it was only the pair I returned them and the mailed me another, and same issues. Out of nowhere they will randomly die, sometime they are connected but won’t play any sound, the other thing it has is hear through which is terrible, they are on the right track with these, I just don’t know how they made it on to the shelf.. I’ve not been impressed with this headset compared to 450s

Very good headset ! Very happy with this, as a truck driver this comes in handy with its voice commands and easy to use , best headset I’ve purchased so far , would highly recommend it to truck drivers.

I am a truck driver and use headsets all day, even when I'm not driving. I like the old version better, it was much more simple. This one keeps disconnecting and shutting off. I gave it a chance to try to get used to it but instead I returned it and got the old version again.

I got myself a BlueParrot S650-XT Wireless headset last week and it has been a bit of an emotional roller coaster! Now that I have gotten used to the strengths of these I have come to appreciate the overall quality of the S650, but it took me some getting used to and I still have some gripes. Overall though, I’ll give them a 4* rating. Upon opening the box I was amused reading the bold claim of; Congratulations on your new favorite headset. A bold claim I thought and my initial impression was a good one. The headset is very well built. Almost feels like something from a bygone era with its sturdy feel. They are firm yet soft on the ears. The way the 2nd ear piece disconnects and reconnects is great. I like how the mic rotates and locks into position. The various buttons are easy to feel and navigate while the set is on your head. Now comes the part where the first impression all fell apart! It won’t work for me without the app and the app is pretty much otherwise useless to me. I hate this. Everything has an app and so often they feel poorly built and totally unnecessary. At least give me some sort of EQ for listening to music. I tried it with 3 different model phones and it would not work via BT without installing the app. I can’t get it to connect to my PC either. I have never had any other issue that I recall trying to connect a BT device. During this point of my experience I wanted to throw it out the window. Now on to the experience that slowly got me up to a 4* review. The sound quality for music is pretty good. I do wish the app allowed me to tweak the bass down a bit and play with the highs. But still, it’s pretty solid. The noise cancelling is excellent. I think it is aided by how well the headphones cover your ears to start with. But when the NC is activated it is impressive. There is also the opposite, a hear thru mode that allows you to hear everything around you. So if someone comes up to talk to you just tap the hear thru button and boom! You hear everything. Perhaps my favorite feature is how loud it gets. I have had headphones I’ve used for work that I wish would go louder. These actually go louder than I want and are perfect at about 80% volume for me. So on calls I can hear everything. The mic works well, not great but good enough. All in all the good features have really grown on me. I’m on the road a lot and behind a desk a lot when I need to take calls and the versatility of these headphones are fantastic for this. The quality of the build is fantastic. The quality of the sound and mic are good enough. Would I recommend these to a friend? Hmmmm….that’s a tough one. The app is terrible and seemingly necessary to pair to my phone and can’t stress how sick and tired I have become with this issue. I’ve also used much cheaper headphones with a better mic and even better sounding music. But where the headphones are good, they’re great! So I suppose if you are in the same boat as me and want a versatile headset that can go from 1 to 2 ear pieces and be able to take calls on the road (or any noisy environment)and appreciate the higher volume then yes, I would recommend it to a friend.

Battery life is awesome. My only concern are the little connector screen at the end that broke on my last one. Design is a little flawed but good product.

Best headphone available. After the first purchase broke we replaced them with this product. Such a huge difference in quality and performance.

Very disappointed with my purchase the headset is a hassle to use doesn't play audio unless you hold the vol - for a bit and you have to this every single time you want audio on your headphone, as for YouTube videos or music it just randomly stop having audio. Truly a poorly made product

This product normally works great, however, I have to return these due to them not charging accurately! Other than not holding a charge, they work wonderful!

The headphones really work wonderful. The voice activation is wonderful and easy for me to be hands free.

BlueParrott disconnects from phone. You have to keep rebooting it just to connect. Example your on a call the call ends someone else calls 30 sec later you expect it to be connected, you answer call and bluetooth is off. Same thing with watching videos, watch video then incoming call bluetooth turned off. UPDATED FIRMWARE ON APP DONT HELP.!!!!!! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Could be better. Not sure if the onf that i got was defected but it did not work the best. It would randomly hang up calls.
