BlueParrott disconnects from phone. You have to keep rebooting it just to connect. Example your on a call the call ends someone else calls 30 sec later you expect it to be connected, you answer call and bluetooth is off. Same thing with watching videos, watch video then incoming call bluetooth turned off. UPDATED FIRMWARE ON APP DONT HELP.!!!!!! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Sorry I can't give you a good review on this, I could not get it my internet to work on his headset at all voice command did not work. no connection , besides that I was able to answer phone calls with sound quality was excellent

Junk, very disappointing. Poor noice cancelling, low volume, won’t switch between 2 phones easily, random beeps during phone calls. Not nearly as good as previous models.

This item loses signal and drops call repeatedly. This item does not hold the charging cord securely in place. This item does not give a clear listening sound through the headest. This is a not a good device at all for bluetooth.
