|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a day of struggling to make these work I've come to the conclusion that my ears are too big for these to provide any level of comfortability. The ear cups that simply too small to fit around my big ears and overall the weight of these headphones makes having them on for more than 15 minutes not painful, but certainly not comfortable. Perhaps due to the ill fitting nature of them, the sound was muffled and the mic sits too close to my mouth so people were complaining about my breathing while I was trying to talk but it didn't much matter as I could barely hear them complaining. I paired them with my iPhone 13 Pro Max phone and that pairing process was smooth, even taking them through a firmware update with no technical issues. Overall these things just were not designed to fit comfortable on someone with big ears. So I handed them to my wife and her ears are too big for them as well. She suffered the same challenges I did mostly complaining about the weight of them being too heavy and pressing down on her skull. I have several other pairs of over-the-ear noise canceling headphones to compare these with and without naming any other brand names I will say that the BlueParrott are extremely heavy compared to the other units. BlueParrot needs to cut the weight of these things by at least half to even consider an all day talk time feature of any value unless you just love soul crushing weight bearing down on your skull.

Typical blueparrott, first generations are not properly tested, they don't work and they sell them anyway. I'll never buy their crap again.

Each has lasted about 2 years with many hours/miles on each one. I do wish there was a dust plug for the removed ear cover when using in mono.

Ive ueed blueparrott for years and never had any trouble out of a headset until now. It might just be a bad headset.
