Great headset for noise canceling. Not music.

It won't let me give it three and a half up top but I can't quite justify for so it gets three. The noise canceling is phenomenal in terms of other people being able to hear you with lots of noise all around you. I bought this for Trucking and previously my family members had a difficult time having conversations with me cuz they could hear the loud motor or road noise or squeaks and rattles or other things going on around me as diesel engines are not quiet. No joke, once I turn this on they can't even tell that I'm in a truck or driving so it's great in that aspect. It's also very good for listening to podcasts. Listening to music however is not pleasant it's just okay if anything a little muddy at times. The app is a very bare-bones app and while it does allow you to just things there is no EQ. Also the battery level indicator is ancient. It'll tell you you have 30% or even 50% and just die on you. It doesn't give you an accurate present count. It'll go and increments like 30 50 70 100. But nothing in between so if you're at 51%. It'll still show 70 and if you're at 1% it'll show 30. Although I swear it died once when it told me I had 50% left. These are things that could be tweaked if the makers decided to do a little tinkering to the software. And for $250 they better. If the most important thing for you though is phone calls and communicating with your loved ones it's excellent. Podcasts are fine too but music is a little sad.

The mike does a great job of cancelling background noise. However it is not without issues. There are feature buttons on the side of the headset that are not necessary and actually become a bother if you touch them unintentionally. I have 2 of these headsets and they both do the same thing. Sometimes if I answer a call with the button, the headset will shut down and won't turn back on until I charge it. This will happen early in the day when I know the battery isn't discharged much. Swipe your phone to answer and don't touch the buttons and you will be happy with this headset.

Not the Best Trucker Headset Brand anymore

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my 3rd Blueparrott (I had the 350, 450 and now the 650) This model has made me rethink if the brand has fallen off a bit in quality. I keep having issues with the main button when it comes to answering calls, connectivity issues (Shows on my phone as connected but no sounds, have to turn off and back on), the Sound Quality in earpiece isnt great either. Other person can hear me fine but sounds low in my ear. This model sound is too low for my liking. Even at the max volume its kinda difficult to hear when window is down. I never had any of these issues with my previous models. Only reason I upgraded each time was because my 350 I ran to the ground and my 450 was stolen.

Great headset for any driver

Window down at 70 mph and the person on the phone can hear you perfectly and with the noise canceling mode you can hear them perfectly

The built in voice is hard to understand at first as it’s a quiet female voice but once you’ve gotten used to the headset it’s not a factor. After many hours, the head squeeze is a big bothersome, especially while wearing glasses. Overall, a good choice.

This product has been the best one I used so far that everyone can hear me clearly. 10/10. However, the only reason it's not 5 stars for me is because the volume on my end isn't as loud to hear them
