Calls constantly drop voice assist volume is super low and disconnects randomly… stick to the older model youll save $$$ & avoid the disappointment if not pull the trigger and findout..

Fitment is more snug, microphone quality is on point, feature buttons & audio prompts are a little more refined. Blue Parrot has done it again by producing an excellent product for hands free communication. I would highly recommend this item.

Shopping. On phone in car. Sitting on couch in house. Love the stereo feature with the dual earphones and the ability to remove one. TRUCKERS I KNOW YALL HAVE PILOT, LOVES OR TA POUINTS. No warning or anything. Blue parrot dropped the ball with this model. Im thinking about downgrading to the 450s, i didnt have this problem with those. P.s. this is my second pair of 650s same problem. The phones i have used are galaxy note 10 plus and s23 ultra same problem... dont get me wrong when they are working they are great, im talking i can walk over 50ft from my phone and still talk

I just brought this head gear and it’s already broken 1 month later; the sound in one ear keeps going out and the blue tooth connectivity is distorted. The return policy is for 15 days. Now I’m out a couple hundred dollars. Do not recommend; a waste of money.

Dual device connectivity is such a necessity so that you can connect to your phone and still hear your GPS directions too. The earphones could have a little better sound quality and comfort but overall this is a very solid headset.

Also when im listening to youtube music and im singing, sometimes i get interrupted with the voice saying say a command and the music stops playing. Sometimes outside noise is being mimicked, thats weird. Other than that its great.
