Terrible buttons and unreliable.

The button used to answer a call is the same button used to turn headset on/off and you have to hold the button for it to answer just like you would hold it to turn the power on/off so it’s very difficult to answer phone calls without turning the headset off. Noise cancellation and overall sound quality is the only good part of this headset. Actually using the headset is very difficult.

The packaging should warn you that this headset is NOT compatible with PC. It initially connected with my desktop Bluetooth. I spend the next 40 minutes updating software (you can't click on the latest, you have to update each previous up to the latest which is time consuming). After the updates, if failed to connect. Okay, so this product is only for mobile phones and tablets. It may be great for intended devices but if it is Bluetooth compatible, you are telling me that at this pricepoint you are limited to mobile devices? Just add the warning NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PC.

Problem with GPS communication

Bluethoot works perfectly with media but when connected with GPS (maps) come a type of interference which stress the audio fidelity expected.
