Hard to use

You would think you would squeeze the plastic in order to allow more water to come out of the spout. However, squeezing the plastic just dents it. I put this bottle in the dishwasher and it dented permanently, so I had to throw it away.

Not A Good Quality Bottle
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, it is made of super flimsy plastic. I would imagine if I squeezed too hard, it would crack. Second, I put some pre workout mix in with my water and it tasted fine until the next day, the flavor must have gotten stuck in the filter and made anything taste horrible. I tried soaking the filter in hot water and running it through water, yet the flavor never left. So if you only plan to only put water in here and have a very light grip, this bottle is for you. If not, don't get this bottle. :)
