This was easily the best film of 2108. If you are a fan of the band Queen, you will love this film without a doubt! I would say, even someone who knows of the band, but not all of the history will find this film very informative. Lots of dram, very emotional at times, and defiantly some great music!

My husband and I grew up listening to Queen, loved their music! We reminisced about Live Aide and commented on how niether one of us could recall the bands that played prior to Queen taking stage. Fabulous effects, history and of course the music. Have watched the movie multiple times, great value!

I had high hopes for this movie. It is an excellent biopic of Queen and Freddie Mercury. Yes, the movie could have spent more time on his personal drama, but decided to focus on his search for love and acceptance with his family, friends, and fans. It's an amazing film in 4k with Dolby Atmos sound.

I never made it to the movie theater when this was playing and since I got such a great deal on the new TV I purchased, I decided to spend the savings on this DVD. It was an awesome movie and I highly recommend to anyone that is a fan of Queen to own this as you will watch it over and over again!

So its a DVD. No big deal. But i like the extra content in this one, especially behind the scenes. I grew up in the 70's and 80's and having lived over seas during this time, Queen was a humongous influence to music then. I gave this DVD 5 stars because of the sentimental feelings it brought back.

Rami Malek delivered the performance of a lifetime. He absolutely deserved the oscar for best actor. I think it's a shame the film didn't receive the oscar for best picture. The movie offers plenty of entertainment for the broadest of audiences. I truly enjoyed this movie and highly recommend it.

SteelBook comes with standard Blu Ray, 4K UHD, and digital version. I didn't watch the standard Blu Ray, only the 4K, which provides an excellent picture on my OLED TV. It's also presented in Dolby Atmos. However, the main reason I picked this up was because it says it has the full Live Aid performance as an extra feature. Silly me...I thought that meant the original Live Aid performance. I should have researched more. What's on the disc is the full version of the movie actors' rendition of the Live Aid concert (extended version of what's in the movie). Still relegated to watching the original on youtube.

OMG! I am in heaven watching this movie. Have followed Queen since their beginning and this brought back so many memories. I watched their LiveAid performance in 1985, remember it well. A really well acted preformance of Freddy Mercury. My kids and even the grandkids liked the movie.

I rented this movie first and the next day I bought it. I always loved Queens music but never followed the life of the group. Movie and story was well done and was wanting more. Will watch many more times. Made me sad for Freddie Mercury. I do miss the old groups of this era and their music.

A excellent evening movie to watch with you children that are 13+ years, or older. A very nicely filmed Bio-movie on the singer Freddie Mercury and the group Queen. The sound track is very out standing and the filming of the Concert at the end, is like your seeing it for the first time !!!

A Hollywood version of the story of Freddy Mercury and the rockband Queen. Watching this, you think you're really seeing what it was like. The costumes are great, the actors evoke the look of the band members and the Live Aid concert looks almost as good as the real thing. A great tribute.

I've been waiting eagerly for close to a year and was certainly not disappointed when I finally was able to enjoy it in the theater, and couldn't wait to own my own copy of such a masterpiece. If you're a fan of Queen, it's a must to watch, and more so to purchase so you can watch anytime!

I know everyone says his life was slightly different from certain plots the movie had but it still captured how drastic Freddie’s life changed and it still touched peoples hearts . I loved this movie so much it was great and my cousins loved it from young as 8 to 46 great for all ages

Both my granddaughter and I loved this movie so I ordered the Blu Ray (for myself) which also included the DVD, which she will use in her DVD player, and a digital copy which I'll use for watching on my iPad. The price was great and the delivery was early, which is always appreciated.

I bought this for my wife, but I also enjoyed this movie. This isn't my type of movie or music genre, but I couldn't stop watching. This is up there with Ther Doors, Walk the Line and Straight out of Compton where the movie is soo good, it doesn't matter what type of music to prefer.

Absolutely love this movie. I grew up when Queen was releasing their hits and even though there are fictional parts the music and the Live Aid performance brings back good memories. Rami Malick does an awesome job portraying Freddie Mercury. Happy he won a Golden Globe for his work.

We all like Queen. This movie is responsible for a revival of Queen--for every other commercial on TV from Silk Almond Milk to Ford Trucks taking advantage of Queen's catchiest tracks. Yes, there were liberties taken with the actual events for the sake of the narrative--this is Hollywood, for cryin' out loud. No, that is not Raimi Malek singing the vocal parts. But that's understandable, because Freddie Mercury's voice is nearly impossible for most humans to emulate. But it's good anyway, and you'll find yourself wanting to hear Queen's music for awhile to come.

Steelbooks are always awesome and this movie totally rocks! Literally and figuratively. Got to love queen for all the great music they gave us over the years so this is an awesome tribute to them and like most movies, it tweaks some facts to make it fit the movie but overall great!
