I'm not sure that all of the accolades & nominations were deserved. Rami Malek does portray Freddie very well. I just don't find that he found the substance of the man. However, I have a few issues about the chronology of songs & events that were placed within the movie that didn't correspond correctly (I'm aware that it enhanced the pace of the film). As someone that lived through that time period & saw Queen Live twice, it makes the film a bit confusing. As far as I'm concerned the final half hour of the film is excellent. Getting there was my problem.

Finally sat down with my wife and we loved the movie.

The steelbook is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The movie itself is enjoyable despite glaring historical inaccuracies and conventional storytelling. The Live Aid sequence alone is worth it.
