This item arrived in a box covered with something looking like dried algae. And the box was ripped in several places with parts exposed. At many welds in the wagon, rust had already set in Only one cotter pin was included so the wheels could not be attached until I went to the hardware store. BB why are selling such junk?

Very, very cheap and poorly made product for the price. Got it on sale for about half price Don't know if I would even take it for free. Placed less than half of the weight limit on it and the front axle/steering bent!!! Been shopping at Best Buy for many years. They should be ashamed of selling this item. Best Buy has such a good reputation.

In my first use with around 3/4th of the specified load capacity or even less, the metal piece connecting the front wheels and the base got bent and therefore the whole thing is not anymore stable and usable. Unfortunately, I took time to assemble it and therefore I am out of return policy, so not sure what to do. Would appreciate, if the manufacturer has option to get the parts separately, but no idea.

The bed of the cart is ok but the framework under it is weak. Not as strong as described! The tongue is also too light in materials. It doesn’t pull a heavy load well and feels as though it will bend/stretch the metal or even break.

I bought this when it was the deal of the day. When I opened the box, 1 wheel was flat, there was a bag full of pieces and directions that were impossible to follow so I closed it back up and returned. Bought a much sturdier version from our local farm & fleet with directions that were understandable and parts well labeled.

Guess it was ok after I bought the right hardware to put it together. There were several missing pins to keep the tires on and also the hooks would not stay in. My advice is that if yuu buy this wagon make sure it’s assembled.

Terrible design and poor quality material. This was used to move 20 pounds of soil and the frame bent and now turns to the side when it is pulled. Used for one week and has been sitting there ever since.

Steering is not good and I feel it is not save while turning. Wheel base is not wide enough to keep the load stable while turning. Tipped over twice on one load to the front yard. I have replaced with a safer yard wagon before someone got hurt.

The wagon itself is sturdy but the sidewalls dont align very well

We returned as it was flimsy and only rolled well on flat surfaces.

The cart is assembled with pins. Not stable not steady. Would like to return it but i have assembled it and in now days its difficult to return it to the store☹

Not strong enough to work in the back yard for project

Build quality leaves much to be desired not worth the discounted price.

So one day i woke up and realized i needed a Garden kart. I looked all over the place, Rakuten, Micro Center, New Egg and NONE of them had a garden kart! I couldn't believe it! THEN i came across Best buy and was like AWESOME. THEY HAVE A GARDEN KART. So i went for it. I only wish they offered a protection plan for it...

It's not as heavy duty as I expected, but not bad. Won't be hauling pavers or block in it, but should do well for basic garden needs. Went together easy enough, but if you're not mechanically inclined, instructions may be a problem.

Need a cheap garden car and so I bought this while at sales. There's no instruction other than a parts diagram and it's not even a clear print.; you sort of have to figure it out yourself when you assembling it. Parts are made of cheap TaoBao (AliExpress) China parts, so don't expect of high quality. It won't be worth it if it's a near 30% off over hundred bucks price tag.

I expected a stronger , durable wagon. Its a nice wagon but for the price I should of researched more with out seeing it in person. It does the job but if its loaded its hard to dump because the handle and frame are weak.
