Not one of Kurt Russels stronger films. weak character development and boring action, makes this film move along at a snails pace. The fact that it has a horror overtone to it kind of takes away from the western atmosphere. Took awhile to watch and at this cost, $14.95, was a misuse of funds. my rating is one star no more.

I had heard from numerous sources that Russell was great and that this movie was a "total bloodbath". It was not, it was lots and lots of talking, no action... Heck it's a western with zero shootouts... Terrible plot horrible ending and the cgi was laughable. 2 hours of my life I will unfortunately never see again.

Not what i expected so maybe that is why I did not enjoy it. Not my cup of tea.

This movie would give Rosemary baby a run for the money as being the worst waste of film and talent I have ever seen. The language is not fit for an adult or child. If I could I would have given my dvd player a shot for disinfectant. I threw it in the trash, not worthy to give to anyone that I know.

Mostly unbelievable with a few interesting low points to leave one groaning !

when I tried to watch this movie the disc would not load it just kept ejecting when I took it back to the store I was told I could not return it because it was opened! Money down the drain! I will never buy another movie from Best Buy!

Wester...with Kurt Russell? Heck YEAH! Sad to say, however, I was disappointed to find that the film involved gratuitous graphic violence and some odd humanoid cannibalistic people. Don't bother to watch!

Saw previews in another movie, like Kurt Russell and Matthew Fox, looked like a good western. Not at all what I expected. Disappointed.

Reeeeally slooooow, and the action parts are actually too violent in some cases. Worth seeing maybe once, not worth owning in a library.

Kurt Russell in a western movie, sounds good, but this movie was greatly lacking in storyline development.
