Quality control needs improvement

My disk one season 4 is labeled as disk 1 season 4, but actually a duplicate disk 5 season 3. From what I can tell disk 2 season 4 isn’t what it’s meant to be as well. Only 3 seasons in and I’m now where I can’t watch, bummer. Don’t know anyone who’s successfully got a replacement set after a store warranty expires, but mine is clearly not damaged.

Disc are scratched badly!

I’m only giving the product 2 stars because the outside package plastic was torn off and one of the inside wrappers was not attached. Also, it is extremely hard to open the disk holder without breaking it.
