Not worth the money!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this case to go with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.0 I was highly disappointed with the quality of the case. It is very thin and flimsy and doesn't really offer any protection in case of accidental drops. I would not suggest trying to use it in the "stand" position. It always stands up for about 30 seconds and then falls down. There is also no way to keep the case closed. I bought an "Insignia" brand case for a little over half of what this one cost and it is more durable and has a magnetic closure. I was not happy with this product.

TABLET DOESNT SUPPORT AUTO WAKE / SLEEP
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to let everyone know that even though thpackaging for the cover statesit supports Auto Wake / Sleep, the Tablet itself does NOT. This means that ANY case you purchase that has the magnet built in its cover that allows the device to Sleep when closed, or Wake when opened will not work on this device. The Tab 4 7.0 doesnt support this functionality. The cover will protect the device no problem, just like any other cover that might be available for less than 50.00. However when you call Samsung for support they will dance around this topic immensely. I could never get a straight answer from them, and it wasnt until I bought the case (50.00 later) I found it doesnt work, and saw other posts in the reviews stating the same thing. The salesmen at Best Buy thought if the package said it supoprted it then it would work. The cover may support it, but the device doesnt, and Im sure thats what Samsung will say as well.

Doesn't Work As Stated

I paid $50 for a case in which both the Best Buy description and the Samsung packaging said this was a smart case that would put my tab 4 7.0 to sleep and wake it up. Absolutely does nothing of the kind. Now I have to return it and wait for my money to be credited back to my card. Then I'll just use the $10 case I got from Amazon originally.
