I have ever dealt with in my whole entire life. No one was helpful at all. The card was defective and I was basically scammed out of my money and the customer service supervisor told me when I asked if this is how it works when I buy an item and it is defective you keep my money and she said YES!! Never I have I ever dealt with such horrible horrible service!!

Almost 3 hours with support each stating try “X that’ll make your phone work, but it’ll take a half hour so bye!” Each time the phone sim would not work. Trying to cancel my account billing wanted my Social Security number, which was never used since I bout a prepaid card. I offered my name, address, CC number, but they “had” to have my Social. I cancelled it through my credit card. Avoid this company, use anyone else.
