Not being activated by Best Buy before sending

Have called and got one replaced, that one came and still not activated, on phone with them again, I have two of these that will not work and nobody knows what to do to help me. When it works buying them online its great but when they are not activated when being sent to you, huge problems of sitting on the phone with Best Buy!
