I ordered a phone and the re boost card and I can't activate the card. It keeps telling me the card was not scanned at the store I bought it. So I went to the store and was told they could do nothing for me. I even called boost and was told it would take 24 hrs before it could be activated. Well it's been well over that and I still can't get the card to work so I can use my phone. I'm very frustrated to say the least.

Set up was a little challenging, once set up it works well

Two months in row … Best Buy did not activate the prepaid card causing all sorts time problems for me... finally to correct it I had to physical go to the store (San Marcus) to correct.... the one reason I order on line so I don't have too travel due to disabilitys

It's ok I just been with boost long. Simple and easy

I bought this card as a bundle and when I got home to activate the phone with it, it said it wasn't scanned. So I drove 25 minutes back to the store to get it fixed. They had to call boost and then told me that this was a normal thing when the cards are purchased online for pick up. After about 30 min we were told that the money for the card would be refunded and it would take 48 hrs. After explaining to the manager that because of a trip we needed the phone and service, she gave us a 20.00 discount on a new card. She was helpful, but I advise anyone that wants to buy a boost card do it in the store and not online or if you get it in a bundle activate it in the store before you leave the store

Having to re-boost was not as easy as recommeded on the card. Had to call customer service and had them re-boost my monthly plan for me

unfortunately it's not a good choice for a young child who wants to use internet always. but for an older person who just uses it to make calls its good

Virgin sold it's "no contract" phone service to Boost recently ,...so it might too early to give a reliable review...

It help us get enough wi-fi to check for emails but nowhere enough to stream anything. But something is better than nothing.

I got this card with no problem. I can't use it because it says it has to be scanned at store register. I took it to my store the say it is active. I tried again use it and it still say has to be scanned at register. I will never again buy a card and have it sent to my house. The 1 star is because I can't leave 0 stars.

I use this for work on the road. Only worked best where this service was the strongest but got the job done

Not quite as easy to use as the previous virgin mobile cards, but easy none the less.

As long as you don't scratch the code off its ok I learned that the hard way.
