No protection plan offerred

Now i got to go back in to figure this bs out. My partner just wants a phone and not the hassle of time waisted. The purchase process and activation was at least 45 minutes to an hour alone. The wait for service was 30 mintes too. I got to drive back and relive that? Ugh
