    Does anyone make a phone where you can actually talk and be heard without yelling? Oh yes, it's called a landline.

    Good phone for the price. But it is very slow. If you’re on a budget then its ok. You pay for what you get

    It's nice but it has a lot of issue! You have to power your phone off to use the internet! People calling your phone an it doesn't ring again you have to power it off! Uggh so aggravating!! Back to best buy it went!

    Don't receive calls texts have to restart every 3 days called my service provider they say its samsung need help

    Just as nice as the Samsung Note 5 I used to have just a few months ago. Love it. Might even go as far as saying I like it better than that phone. Also, you won't find a better selfie front camera on any other 200 dollar phone.

    Cannot receive texts and calls

    I am having a problem with my Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine. I keep not getting texts and calls. I have to keep restarting my phone, and I am getting paranoid that I am missing important calls from work. It happens at random times and at various locations. I notice sometimes that I cannot send texts, then when I restart my phone, I start getting old texts and voicemails that I did not receive. It is so frustrating. I know it is the phone. I have searched and many people are having the same problem with this phone, not just on Boost, but also different providers like Virgin Mobile. I have never had this problem with any phone on Boost. It is super annoying. Just get another phone, and you will have less headaches.

    Device manager keeps popping up telling me that I need to activate my device even though I've been using it for two weeks. I contacted boost and they told me that if I get a week enough signal it can deactivate itself and then reactivate itself. The speaker sucks. There's no LED indicator light. I bought this because I needed a phone right away after my S7 had a meltdown. The only good thing about it so far is that I was able to use Smart Switch to make this phone look almost exactly like my S7. I wish I would have just paid the extra and gotten another S7.
