This is an excellent buy for a smaller family, 3 - 4 people, or a retired couple. It cleans the dishes very well, the controls are easy to operate, & it is the quietest dishwaher we have ever owned.

Great dishwasher. Quiet and gets the job done! Easy to install and east to operate. The door is nice and heavy and it feels like a dependable and sturdy machine.

This this is fabulous! Looks great, super quiet and i no longer have to wash my dishes before i put them in like my previous GE. Install was simple and I have been putting the delay start to work; no more forgetting to turn the dishwasher on before i go to bed...just set it and..well forget it. Dishes come out spotless, I don't even feel i have to check any dish anymore...just pull out of the dishwasher and put away. Love this dishwasher!!

This replaced a GE Dishwasher that lasted 16 years. Decided on the Bosch due to other reviews and reputation of Bosch products. Very quiet, easy to use, dishes come out clean. Free installation promo made it even better.

Gets dishes clean even on short cycle. Not the quietist rated Bosch, but more than quiet enough - just enough noise that you can tell it's running if you are standing next to it. Only other drawbacks - it's not the largest tub, we do end up doing more loads a month than with our last Bosch. And the cycle is longer than the top-end Bosch machines. Bottom line, we bought this to get Bosch quality, with a compromise between top end model features and price, and so far it is working great.

No pre-rinsing. Perfect cleaning. No sound - only sound it makes is when the water is draining. Enough room for everything.

We love our new Bosch Ascenta dishwasher; we looked up reviews on consumer reports before purchasing and it is living up to their rating. It is very quiet and doesn't disrupt anything we are doing in the home. Also, it has saved a lot of time with my not needing to soak and clean off dishes before loading them. It is very efficient. You need to get rinse aid and the really cooked on things don't necessarily come off but otherwise it is really wonderful.

We are so happy with our purchase of this Bosch dishwasher ! Did our homework before we purchased and this item does everything it claims to do. The noise level was a big factor for us and this dishwasher is so quiet ! The dishes came out so clean. The silverware and the glasses came out spotless, no water spots or residue at all. I would recommend this product to anyone . Great choice !

We ordered this dishwasher even after reading all people who had issues with gen bottom rack not being on a track but if you pull from the middle of the rack where it's almost like a handle then it pulls with equal force and doesn't get off the track. We do have some difficulty finding the right set up for fitting our dishes but it always comes out clean! We love how quiet this thing runs. It gets everything clean and even the super stuck on stuff! If you're looking for a new dishwasher then this one is a great choice!

For the price I paid for the dishwasher and extremely cheap installation from Best Buy I feel like I got an awesome deal. The dishwasher has cleaned better than the last Kenmore dishwasher I had and it is a lot quieter. I sometimes have trouble with the bottom rack not sliding in smoothly but it is easily put back on track. I haven't had it for very long so I hope it keeps up the good work

I have owned a high end Bosch dishwasher for the last 8 years. Unfortunately when it stopped working the parts and labor to repair it were the price of a low end new dishwasher. I read consumers as I did 8 yrs ago, however this time I purchased an entry level Bosch. It is not as quiet but performs well. My only complaint is that the run cycle with the sanitize feature engaged is about 35 min longer than before and loading anything other than a flat dish is awkward.

I read lot of reviews before purchasing. The biggest two complaints were the lower rack didn't have a track, and the rack tends to tip. It's true, but if you're careful pulling it out it's not a problem. It also helps if it's full. The other issue was the dishes didn't get completely dry. I follow all the suggestions for drying completely, and I dodn't have an issue. The plastics are still a little damp, but this was the case with my past two dishwashers. THe dishes have come out extremely clean, even squeaky clean!

This dishwasher works really well, everything comes out super clean. But this machine is not for people who have different size bowls and mugs. The prongs are set up for standard size dishes and glasses. If there were more flip down prongs it would accommodate different sizes better. Also, it is hard to get the display to stop flashing once the cycle has ended.

Purchased this to replace an old Kenmore with a heat element for drying. After running my first load in Automatic Mode with no Rinse Aid, I opened it up and everything was dripping wet. With my old washer, I used to run the load in the evening and take things out the next day. I tried that and things were still wet. To make a long story short, I read the Operating Instructions from front to back. On page 28 it tells you how to turn on the "Intensive Drying" feature (which doesn't seem to work in the Auto Mode). Once it's enabled it stays that way. Here is how I run it now: Enable Intensive Drying - Normal Mode - Use Rinse Aid - Leave the load in overnight and unload it the next day. I'm very pleased with the way it cleans, and it dries the dishes the way my old Kenmore used to do.

Love the silence while it is running. Much quieter than any previous dishwasher that we have owned. Great job of cleaning all the dishes and no complaints yet from the chief dishwasher. The only thing keeping it from five stars is the complaint I have seen in other reviews- the smell from the dirty dishes when the door is opened is more intense than from previous machines for whatever reason. But the five seconds of that is made tolerable by the performance.

I LOVE my new Bosch dishwasher. It gets 4 stars only because it doesn’t dry the dishes very well. Honestly that doesn’t really matter to me but it seems to matter to a lot of people. I love it because it gets my dishes sparkling clean and is really quiet. I don’t need a third rack or a dishwasher that “senses” when my dishes are clean. What I got was Bosch reliability at a reasonable price.

Has lots of space and pretty quiet. The installer did a great job testing and hooking up. Does a good job cleaning the dishes. just bought a house had to replace old broken dishwasher had a pervious bosch model in apt and decided to upgrade to a newer model then the one apt. They look identical but this one had 2 more cycles and the flexible adjusting top drawer. LOVE IT

This is one of the quietest dishwashers I have ever owned, does a very good job of getting dishes clean, cycles are a little long.

When my old dishwasher bit the dust, my appliance repairman told me to buy a Bosch. This Ascenta model was so great that when we moved and had to buy another dishwasher, we bought another Bosch. So this is our second Bosch Ascenta and we couldn't be more pleased. Super quiet, energy efficient and cleans and dries beautifully.

Did alot of research prior to purchasing this DW. I knew that Bosch was one of the better available manufacturers. Best Buy compared prices at other retailers for mew. I checked them to keep them honest but they were right on. I'm very happy with this Bosch and I would def reccomend it to others. I've read a few negative reviews. I am sure that they are having problems due to improper use or not the right maintenence. My only complaint was that Best Buy's delivery service was over a day late.
