Only complaint is the spacing of the tines in the bottom rack - they are very close together, making it difficult to load thicker type bowls and plates. Recommend checking that your dishes will work before purchasing this unit.

It is so quiet that its good I chose the dials outside so I know whether its on or off. My only downside is a Manual for operation was not included with the product. I guess I have to go online and download it. Doesnt make it convenient to need quick information on any Error codes that might pop up.

It took about three months for delivery of the product since it was out of stock, but the wait was worth it. The installation was not easy since the water lines are in tight positions and difficult to access. The dishwasher is quiet and does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. I am happy with my purchase!
