Beware! Does not have a stainless steel tub

The bottom is plastic. The listing is very misleading and you'll notice there are no photos of the machine interior. Very deceptive marketing by bosch and best buy doesn't seem to care and said they were not responsible for how companies market their products on their website. That being said, it's a decent dishwasher. Pretty quiet and works really well. But make no mistake- hybrid stainless steel is sneaky speak for partially plastic. They should call it what it is and sell it at a plastic tub price.

It cleans so much better than our old dishwasher. This dishes are actually dry was well which is a welcome change to what we've experienced with prior washers. The standard cycle is a little long (over 2 hours) but it does such a good job that it's worth it. The only thing I don't like is that the dishwasher doesn't turn off it's power at the end of the cycle. You have to manually turn the power off.

Controls are in the front as opposed to hidden. Still have to grab the manual when I want to move from auto to a different cycle.

Top Notch Dishwasher

The only issue I have, and it's not a big one, is it does melt small thin plastic glasses/cups on the top rack. It is so much quieter than my previous dishwasher. I love it!

OK but not a direct replacement

The new one is functional, but feels flimsier than the old one. The toe recess is a few inches deeper than the old one exposing raw unfinished wood. Installation by a Best Buy contractor was done well - so no complaints there.

Works well, easy installation

It looks great and works even greater! Cleans dishes as well as any dishwasher we’ve ever owned!

Gr8 no frills dishwasher

With the Advent of tabs I'm not sure why that's necessary. Great job with the subcontractor used for the install. They were on time and done in less than an hour. A month since we've bought it no complaints.

Just an ok Dishwasher

Nothing fits in the racks because the size of slats are screwy. I dont have any dishes that are abnormal sizes. Plus this dishwasher doesnt dry after the cycle runs. Everything is wet and spotted. I have to dry everything when unloading. I will say it is pretty quiet when running so that is a positivie.

This feedback is helpful to us and will be shared with the appropriate groups for further consideration. Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying process. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. It works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cool stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. For optimum drying results, we recommend using rinse aid and the Extra Dry option. There are also troubleshooting tips on page 37 of the Use & Care manual, available on Bosch's website. Instructions for turning on the Intensive Drying feature are on page 29 of this manual.
