All in all, it has been great so far. No complaints. After reading reviews, I was aware that it had some problems getting things completely dry. This was not a problem for me.

Sound and water savings were the two biggest reasons we picked this one, we also picked it as it was highly rated by a variety of sources. We like the trays, being able to move the top tray up and down is nice. Dishes come out clean.

Beware Damage: Inspect upon Delivery

I have not experienced any water left over in the bottom of the dishwasher. The only complaint: It was delivered with a damaged/dented kick plate which was not discovered given the delivery crew did not unwrap the item. Be certain to inspect your items before they leave.

I thought it was broken the first time I ran it because I could not hear it. Dishes were really clean - I had to progressively rinse/wash them less and less before putting in for fear they would not come clean. It is not as "smooth" as the Maytag, when opening and closing, but really cleans well. Would recommend for the price without question. I did my research before buying and this unit lived up to its high reviews - and I am giving it another one.
