This washing machine is of good quality. It is spacious inside and runs quietly. I find it amazing that any washing machine settings need 2 hours, it doesn't seem environmentally friendly to me. I put it on the shortest cycle possible, which is under an hour, and my dishes are always clean.

Love the Bosch - 100 series 24" front control dishwasher. Really quiet.

I bought the Bosch due to the reputation & free installation offer. A little disappointed in the dish loading ability - does not fit American dishes very well. Also because of the tightness of the dishes, I have had several items not cleaned.

We searched and searched for a new Bosch DW. Most models were OOS at the big box retailers. Our search led us to Best Buy. We are very pleased with our new Bosch - 100 dishwasher. The quality of the stainless steel is so far above plastic and the sound silence is top of the chart.....we have to bend over and listen to make sure it's on ! Kudos to Best Buy in Brighton, Mi. ! Exemplary communication, service and follow-up. Our installation team were professional, very comprehensive in both installation and usage tips. A++ to all and highly recommend both product, retailer and service.

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard. It fabulous! Plenty of space for dishes, cleans beautifully & even my plumber told me how great this brand is. Extremely pleased with this purchase. Only complaint is the lack of a "control lock" feature so my 2 year old can't turn it off, mid-cycle. I'm guessing the higher end models probably have that feature. I still LOVE it, though.

Have purchased several dishwashers in the past and this one so far is the best. This washer is very spacious and quiet. I’ve only had the washer for one month so far it was a great purchase.

Best Buy gave the installer the wrong dishwasher to install. Therefore, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Installer did a great job. I did have to rearrange my afternoon schedule which was quite stressful. I did not want to take another day off from work for the correct dishwasher to be installed. Never heard back from Best Buy about the mishap. Disappointed with that fact.

The bottom carriage when filled easily goes off track and must be lifted into place, which is very heavy and difficult when filled to capacity. To avoid this the carriage must be pulled out from the center at the handle to ride out easily and the items evenly distributed to keep a balance.

This dishwasher replaced one that was here when we moved in in 2004. It is VERY quiet - the most sound I hear is water draining. I have glasses with a recessed bottom; the previous dishwasher left whitish residue there and this one leaves clean water. Everything is cleaner and brighter using this, and a quick scrape before putting them in to get rid of big pieces is enough.

This dishwasher is definitely smaller than my last one. It is difficult to load because everything goes in a specific place. The silverware goes into a divided space but sometimes the silverware does not get clean. I am doing a lot more pre-washing. I was reading the troubleshooting guide because dishes were not clean. The first line says to be sure that it is hooked up to a hot water pipe. This is hooked up to cold. (I guess Best Buy didn't read the installation guide) I suppose this could be why it does not live up to the advertising. But it also says it has great flow through heater for the water. It is just not wonderful.
