This dishwasher brand came highly recommended to us, and so far we are quite happy with the cleanliness of the dishes and the general operation of the machine. The only negative- we replaced a very similar older model "Silent Plus" Bosch, but this one is noticeably louder.

I had a concern with drying the dishes from others who had Bosch units. Follow the manufacturer's recommendation. The first load did not dry well, but after reading the suggestions given to increase drying time, it works fine.

My wife and I bought this dishwasher hoping to upgrade from the 20 year old dishwasher with rusted racks we had it our house. We have heard Bosch is known for high quality and had high expectations for this dishwasher. It has taken some adjusting to get used to something new, but we are definitely disappointed with it as we have dishes that come out dirty from EVERY load of dishes we run. We have fairly thick dishes so maybe it would work better with smaller ones?

I like the stainless steel interior. Exceptionally quiet when running. Cleans dishes much better than any previous brand I've owned.

The buying process was easy at Best Buy. We went in knowing what we wanted and got exactly what we needed and a discount on delivery.

Owned this specific dishwasher in my previous home and was in love. When the washer in my new to me home kicked the bucket I knew I had to own the same model again!!!

Bosch is great!…..but a heated dry option would be nice! Delivered as promised in great shape. I have used Bosch dishwashers for many years, and will continue to do so…heated option or not!

Excellent, reliable dishwasher. Actually cleans truly dirty (unrinsed, with caked-on food) dishes. Installation experience was excellent. Only thing is that after the installer left, I noticed that the corner of the door was dented (corner is a bit blunted). He was very careful, so I think it must have been there already. My previous Bosch dishwasher lasted for 11 years (other brand name washer lasted only 4!), so I think it’s worth paying a bit more (not getting a “deal”/sale) for the better quality.

It is very quiet, wash the dishes really clean and dry good. Also it is beautiful, and it made our kitchen really look good.

This dishwasher is so quiet that I honestly put my ear on the door to make sure it was on.

This dishwasher degrades the Bosch brand. If I hadn’t owned and loved a Bosch dishwasher previously, I’d never ever buy the brand again. The racks on this model do not fit the standard daily kitchen mess one buys a dishwasher for. Bowls sit funny, plates can’t be too big. Cups aren’t secured and jiggle throughout the cycle. There are some times on both top and bottom racks, I don’t even know what the intended use is for because they are so small and narrow. 0/10

I am very disappointed that the sale told us your "deal" included the delivery AND installation of our Bosch dishwasher. The installation was not on the delivery paperwork or scheduled for that day. I had to change my plans for the day and install it myself which left me felling mislead.

This is a great dishwasher and easy to install. It is also very quiet.
