Not completely pleased

Did not meet expectations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought I did my homework before getting this, consulting Consumers Reports and the like but I'm not especially happy with this dishwasher. 1. The racks don't accommodate my dishes very well. The bottom rack tines are really tight, and don't facilitate bowls or orient the dishes such that the dirty surface faces the center of the washer. I'm not sure what the purpose of all of the curves and tines on the upper rack but I'd prefer something simpler. 2. What's with the Rinse Aid receptacle? To this day I've not figured out how to fill it. When I pour in Rinse Aid as shown in the instructions, it spills out. Sure, I'll get around to calling Customer Support but it shouldn't be this hard to figure out. Searched web, saw lots of questions but few good answers. 3. Time - 2 hours for an average wash? 4. Energy Savings is great but so are clean dishes. My old GE did a much better job.

Excellent Dishwasher

I have owned this model for the past 7 years and had no problems with it. This is amazing compared to the 4 other dishwashers previously which I owned which all failed after an average of 3-4 years of use. I highly recommend it!

Who’s the Bosch?

Small but cleans well

Best Value for the features

Free delivery and minimal removal of old dishwasher was a bonus. I shopped around at all the Big Box stores and Best Buy was still the "best buy".
