Wish we could have afforded the model with the 3rd rack, but otherwise it is great. Not sure why the dishes do not dry completely.

I have tried several different settings and the dishes always seem to be still wet when the dishwasher is done.

MAYBE I WAS SENTIMENTALLY ATTACHED TO THE OLD ONE- BUT THIS NEWER DISHWASHER IS SLIGHTLY 'TINNIER'- NOT AS SMOOTH AS THE OTHER 14 YEAR OLD ONE. BUT IT'S A VERY GOOD DISHWASHER- NO COMPLAINTS

Costs more but is worth it to us. Doesn't have as much room as other dishwashers we have owned but not a problem. We have to run it more often but it is very quiet.

The delivery person did deliver but did not unbox the item. Make sure delivery unbox to make sure the dishwasher is undamaged. Only after asking, and he had an issue unboxing. I was not happy about it. Best Buy had a good sale, good item and delivery included. Dishwasher works very well… so far.

Tried cleaners, but leaving the door open is the only way to eliminate the odor.
