Make sure to remove the protective clear plastic sheet from the door assembly before attaching. I’d give this product 5/5 except the lower rack is designed somewhat tight for our standard dishes. Maybe European dishes are smaller? All in all, this was an excellent purchase.

Impractical inside setup and cycles very long

The setup of interior space is impractical, it is difficult or impossible to clean larger dishes that I could clean in my prior dishwasher. In addition, the shortest cycle is 1 hour and 10 minutes and, in most cases, you need to use the 2 hour plus cycles. Finally, the top sprayer easily gets detached.

Happy with it!

One tiny scuff mark that no one would ever see. Installation went perfect and I'm happy to have a properly working dishwasher again. I like that the top rack can adjust up or down. I can fit more things up top now which is helpful for those "top rack only" dishwasher items.

This Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy ROCKS!!!

I did boatloads of research on CR and other credible sources - NOT Amazon. (too many phony reviews) Everybody was sooo pleased with their Bosch dishwashers and CR had it as a top pick in every category so we decided on Bosch. Turned out that BestBuy had the model we were looking for on sale and in stock. I ordered it on BestBuy.com with pickup at our local, very conveniently located BB. I got it home, installed it and loaded it up. It took a little getting used to because it was done so differently from our previous one but the bottom line is it works really well. Our dishes are always clean, silverware and pots included. Terrific price (thank you Best Buy!!!), really quick delivery and it works really well. We definitely recommend Bosch and Best Buy.

Best Buy's installer Chris was quick, professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
