Best Buy sent out a screening team to make sure nothing would prevent a seamless installation well done

Great appliance, works well and fairly quiet. Works well on the 60 minute speed cycle too. The only complaint I have is that the loading is complicated by the prong configurations. Haven't been able to optimize loading the dishwasher. So this is really a 4.5

Posted .Hi JanetV, we're sorry to hear you're not getting the best drying results from this dishwasher model. Here are some tips that should help: 1. Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. Had a hard time with the door in the beginning getting use to it. I wasn’t use to having to empty the drain. Overall is very quiet. The technicians were very good. Came back to show us how to open it.

Worth every Penney

This one isn't as quiet but it actually washes the dishes better. The adjustability of the shelves and wash baskets are a huge plus compared to older machines.
