Only observation is it does not have a dryer [uses condensation drying] and sometimes the dishes may still be wet. Uses less water and electricity. Highly recommend and would buy again

It’s rated pretty high on Consumer Reports so that is why we bought. Having a little problem with dishes still being wet when the washer is done but that may be a problem on my part that I haven’t figured out (the info book with it hasn’t been that helpful). Still, I’d recommend this dishwasher to anyone. Also, the dish loading is different from what I’m used to but I’m still working on it.

Thanks Bestbuy for that excellent job keep it up and more power..... William

I haven't found either of these to be a problem, and, though my experience with dishwashers is limited, I think the rack is beautifully designed. Probably a heat drying element would have done a better job drying but I haven't noticed any problems. Finally, the installers did a great job.

The bottom drawer always gets stuck too. It’s awful

The dishwasher is quiet!

It runs well and I don't mind wiping the top of glasses to get off the residual water. The silverware holder is well designed and keeps the pieces separated so they get really clean. I like the "sanitize" option which doesn't add much time to the cycle.
