I miss my old one. it had a dryer cycle in it . it only took one hour to do a load, and the dish were easyer to load.

Delivery was on time. I paid for haul away and we were going to install but the delivery guys said they couldn’t take the old one because they were not authorized to unhook it, which was news for us and very frustrating, so we had to take care of it. When we were installing we realized that there was no hose included and we had disposed of the old machine already, meaning we had to make another trip to the store. The connection from the dishwasher was also complicated, it granted a service call to the manufacturer to learn what to do. It took a while and the person that installed it is very experienced and skilled. After all this, I really hope it last.

Big improvement from our previous dishwasher. When we went to Best Buy there weren't many models available at the time. The 100 series was one of the very few. It was at the lower end of Bosch series. It's been great and we are happy we bought it.

It was an open box item and basically almost half the original price. Gave it to my son & daughter in law as a housewarming gift. They love it.

You will need an electrician to i stall even of you are just replacing a previous dishwasher. It is NOT a plug and play type of thing. We paid $160 plus materials for the installation.

Best if your dishes, especially bowls, are not thick bodied. Bosch customer support has an attitude, so hopefully you won't need them.
