Best if your dishes, especially bowls, are not thick bodied. Bosch customer support has an attitude, so hopefully you won't need them.

It feels pretty cheap quality and doesn’t even wash very well. And it never dries the dishes well; they always come out wet. If I could return it , I would but it’s past the return time.

It replaced a 5 yr old GE that failed and although wasn’t happy to spend money on a new appliance it worked out because this dishwasher actually washes the dishes without having to wash them in the sink first! Yeah!

They were not prepared nor did they finish the install for 2 weeks. They showed up and could not get it installed and they left it in the middle of the floor for 2 weeks.

I went on a limb getting this after the sales guy talked me into it. Mom was blown away with the looks, quality, and how much better this was compared to her old one. Very happy and worth it.

I live 25 miles away so I worked around it during instalation.

It cleans ok, not great. The big problem is the way the racks are designed it’s hard to put any items in it besides plates.way too many tongs so there’s not open spaces to put pans, bowls, or anything with a little with without forcing them in. Also, I ran it just before I went out of town for 2 week and when I returned and opened there was still moisture inside.

Regarding the moisture inside of the dishwasher, all Bosch dishwashers use a condensation drying process known as PureDry™, which is the core drying system that delivers simply clean and dry dishes. PureDry™ is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. Condensation occurs when the moist air in the dishwasher comes into contact with the cooler stainless steel tub, and turns into water droplets. These water droplets trickle down to the bottom of the dishwasher and are drained. 1.Use Finish® JetDry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster
2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle.
3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry".
4. Pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack.

Oh yes and quiet operation. The door has a strong spring, so be careful. The top rack wheels seem flimsy for a quality machine

OTHER THAN THAT IT DOES A GREAT JOB CLEANING AND DRYING THE DISHES. IT'S EASY TO SIMPLE AND EASY TO OPERATE. IT DOESN'T HAVE ALL THE FANCY OPTIONS OF A MORE EXPENSIVE DISHWASHER BUT I DIDN'T THEM.

It cleans my dishes wonderfully I usually run it overnight and in the morning my dishes are clean and mostly dry. It is 10 times better than the kenmoore I had

I couldn't wait for my Whirlpool dishwasher to stop working so I could buy another Bosch. The first time I used this new dishwasher, there was water droplets on the inside door, even though it sat closed throughout the night after it completed it's cycle. I have read other reviews where this has caused mold inside. However, this was not my concern since I thought I would dry the inside door after each use. My concern is with how well it cleans. When placing utensils on the utensil try on the top rack, they do not come out clean. There is stuck on food. I have tried turning the utensils around in all sort of directions, however, this has not helped. In addition, some of the dishes do not come out clean and I have to hand wash them. I really wanted to love my new Bosch, but have been disappointed. I make sure to run the sink water until it is hot, I make sure none of the dishes are touching and there is ample room for a good washing, I have used the best name brand dishwasher tablets. Even placing two instead of one. I opened the dishwasher after a completed cycle to make sure it was hot inside. And it was. Best Buy has a wonderful return policy and is allowing me to return this dishwasher within 15 days for a full refund. I will be doing this today. I cannot even look forward to buying another Bosch dishwasher since they all have the same washing capabilities. The only differences are within the quietness, racks, and amount of different cycles. Perhaps, the quality has been diminished to cut corners. I cannot believe that this dishwasher is defective outside of the box.
