Disappointed that a brand new machine would have a defect like that, but a Best Buy tech came over to replace the part, so hopefully it’ll work perfectly from now on,

The items only dry if machine on "sanitize". This caused my good plastic glasses to become cloudy. These glasses have been through two different types of dishwasher and never have to glasses clouded until now

This review gets an "Average" for the inadequate installation we received from Best Buy subcontracted installers. Our dishwasher was sliding around. I found that one of the Countertop Top Mount had slid off. After removing the Toe Panel I could see that the Leg Leveler Locking screws were never put in. I will need to have a follow up on the installation.
