If you purchase this, be prepared to hand-dry your dishes and cups. To make this purchase even more dismal, Best Buy charged me for an installation kit that I didn't even receive, and refused to give us a refund. Big mistake going through Best Buy for a sub-standard dishwasher.

Worst service ever

The original deliverers wouldn't hook up the machine; waited 2 other days for an installer to show-no one did (waste of 6 hrs per day!); demanded a pickup of unboxed machine-they were to come between 9 and 1-didn't show until 6:30 pm! I bought the same machine elsewhere-no problems at all. The machine itself is excellent-seems to be working fine.

I spend 4000 dollars on applications from best buy. After one and a half month and 40 phones calls, 10 store visitings, my delivery is still in transmission and you can't reschedule it !!! Don't go with best buy they are horrible! and Don't believe the people in the store, cause when you call they will give you other policy and said the store people is not well trained and then no one solve the problems!! what a terrible experiences

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. The PureDry® condensation process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It sounds like there is water leaking and spraying out the bottoms of the machine. I can hear it all over the house. It sounds like a flood. Also the stainless steel panel on the front is bubbled so it pops in and out every time you touch it. I must have a defective machine.

Mediocre and cheap performance

My 15 yr old whirlpool dried the dishes and you didn't have to wipe everything. This is a mediocre dishwasher that requires you to wipe away the food and dry the dishes as well, save your money and don't buy it.

Water was left in the bottom, sides and door. It did not drain properly, and the was a lot of suds left in the bottom of the dishwasher after a rinse and hold cycle, when no soap had been added.

incredibly loud

The repairman who came out said it's supposed to be loud because this is a bottom barrel model that doesn't have good sound insulation. We had a Bosch before and are very disappointed with this.

All are on backorder due to manufacturing issues. The dishes remain wet. The racks are flimsy. I have to dry the interior with a towel after each use. I would like to return but no other dishwasher in stock. Poor quality!

This dishwasher doesn't dissolve the finish gel pack that they said to use with it. I've ran the same load of dishes 10 times and they're still dirty! I heard good things about Bosch but my experience is far from good.

Best buy service

Not Happy

Lot of wasted space and constantly re arranging dished to maximize the load. We are not happy with the product.

When they originally attempted the install, the hose was too small and I had installment rescheduled. Now, they don't know where the product is and they don't know when they can reschedule.
