Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The screws that came with the dishwasher were too thin for the holes for the toe panel. Called Bosch customer service for the proper size of screws, was told that I need to drill holes on the dishwasher in order to screw toe panel. Luckily I didn't listen to her and bought thicker screws from a hardware store. There are 4 vertical slots on the toe panel to choose, and normally you would choose the holes so the toe panel touches the floor. But if you do that, when you open the dishwasher door all the way down and then close it, the door panel will jam with toe panel and bent permanently! The side trim strips also made installation difficult as they can easily stuck with cabinet on both sides as you push the dishwasher in

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a Bosch on personal recommendation. Best Buy made the purchase, delivery and installation easy. It ran for two years and has begun to fall apart. At least three issues going on at one time. I called Best Buy and was told that it was only covered for one year, since I had not bought the extended warranty. No, they would not repair it for pay. I tried finding an appliance repairman to fix it for my tenants. Most repairmen in Hawaii will not touch a Bosch. I finally found a repairman. 2-3 weeks just to get parts for one of the issues, and over $300 for the repairs. UPDATE: The latest fall-apart issue is a $300 pump. $600+ to fix a $500 dishwasher? I might as well buy a new dishwasher! Back to Best Buy. This time, I’ll get another brand and the warranty, since they don’t make ‘em like they used to.

We had to buy new dishes to fit better. 60 minute fast wash or runs for hours. Don't ever open mid cycle, you may never get it working again.
