Had to read and re-read instructions to make sure we were operating the unit properly. Even following the direction properly the dishes were still wet when the cycles were completed. We are not satisfied and switching machines. We were looking for quality and were surprised when Bosch did not deliver.

The tines on the bottom rack were not able to move to put more dishes , or oversized dishes in.

Also, the 3rd party delivery/installer thru Best Buy was top notch. Very satisfied!

I had looked at purchasing this product with another box store. However, I am glad that I went with Best Buy. I was able to get it on time (the date that I picked) and it works wonderful. I was so excited to receive this dishwasher, Thank you

Installers had to come back a second time to get it working right but they found the problem right away and corrected it in good spirits. The machine is serving me very well so far.
