This dishwasher has more features than needed. Had to read and re-read instructions to make sure we were operating the unit properly. Even following the direction properly the dishes were still wet when the cycles were completed. We are not satisfied and switching machines. We were looking for quality and were surprised when Bosch did not deliver.

Very quiet and appears to be well made, should hold up well. The only negative thing is the springs on the door are very stiff, if you don't physically open the door completely the springs will close the door and not slowly; hope in time the springs loosen up a bit.

Great dishwasher! This is the 2nd Bosch I have owned. One in former home. It is the only brand I will have in my home and the value is good.

Just had my Bosch dishwasher installed. The Bosch cleans well and is perfect for my small family. If you want to use your dishwasher only a couple of times a week, this wont work. For small families or everyday use, it cant be beat. Would recommend to friends and family.

Bought this for my rental home. Renters are very pleased with the performance and quietness. Seems to do a good job!

Delivery to home quick and trucker called day before and one hour before delivery. they also brought washer into house to installation location and un-packed it, I would certainly buy from "Best Buy" again

Love it. We were going to wait until the updated versions were available, but, so glad we didn't. Does a great job! Perfect for a smaller family. Got it at a good price and it was delivered within an acceptable time. No complaints here. Thank you Best Buy.

great dishwasher. Bottom rack needs redesigned. Wheels kept falling off and they sent me a new rack. All is good now.

2nd Bosch, only purchased a new one with kitcen remodel. 1st Bosch is still running in family members home.

Nice , Entry level to bosch , Express Wash is 40 minutes and really nice but it can't clean the dishes perfectly.

I needed a new dishwasher and found this to be the most cost effective and it really does a great job! I loved having Best Buy deliver and install this for me without any issues. They also took away my old dishwasher. I would recommend using Best Buy for appliances.

The model number I bought is SHE3AR75UC/21. This was my first time doing my own installation of a dishwasher. I will say, I hope it's a long time before I have to do so again. To me, none of the electric nor water fitting locations either on the Maytag I was pulling out, nor the Bosch I was putting in seemed to be sensible nor user friendly. It wasn't that they were hard to attach, just that they were in hard to reach locations. But the alternative was to pay out for installation, which would have meant I couldn't afford a new dishwasher. I did my research beforehand. This particular Bosch model is in Consumer Reports top 5 listing of dishwashers, for its ability to clean and it's features, but to me, most importantly, for it's longevity. My previous dishwasher was an upper end Maytag that crapped out after 13 moths. And, now, all dishwashers are made by just a few companies. Basically Whirlpool, GE for American companies, and then you have your international companies like Bosch and Samsung and Fisher Paykel. This led me to believe that all the durability faults with my Maytag would carry over into just about any American brand I bought, be it Amana, Kitchenaid, Kenmore, etc. since they are all Whirlpool made. But, even though Bosch has good reviews (per Consumer Reports) for it's longevity, let's just say, once bitten twice shy. I did follow through this time and purchased a 5 year extended warranty! On to my review of how this dishwasher works. I am very pleased with how well it cleans! It has no problems removing dried on foods! And it does so in a short period of time. It would take my Maytag 4+ hours on auto setting to do half the job this Bosch does in just 2 hours! Be forewarned though, it does not have a drying feature. I am alright with this, the heat from the wash gets the dishes about 90% dry, and then it's just stuff in the top rack, ie: coffee mugs, that seem to have any moisture residue on the top. If I open the door after it's done cleaning, but before it cools down and allow the moisture/steam to escape that will allow everything to dry. I am not seeing any issues with spots on my dishes. I do use the rinsing agent as recommended by manufacturer. It's super quiet! If it weren't for the count-down timer counting down, I would sometimes question whether it's really running or not! As will all new dishwashers, you have to learn how to properly load it, with the dishes and cookware that you have. What you have likely is not what the manufacture used in it's loading guide! It is misleading, in the description it says it can hold 12 place settings. That may be, if you own thin, Corelle type dishes. But, if you are washing bulky dishes, like my Fiesta plates and bowls, then you need to probably half that. I line my plates every other space on the bottom rack, otherwise, they are so thick they nearly touch each other and there's no room for water to get at them and clean them. But, I think is the case with all dishwashers. Theoretically they are all the same size inside. You just have to learn to load for what works best for your dishes. On the top and bottom rack you have the ability to fold down one row of the tines, to allow for hard to fit items. It also, on the top rack, has a fold down ledge that you can place long cooking utensils, like ladles and such for cleaning. I like that feature! This particular model came with one long silverware holder/basket. Other models come with two separate half length baskets. Personally, don't like the long basket. I rarely have that much silverware to wash, and the extra length to the basket takes up space that could be used better by a pot or large bowl. I did go on line to the manufacture and purchased the half length baskets, and like this much better. I find I can load pretty large things in the bottom rack with out compromising the movement of the sprayer arms. One fault I find with the lower rack is that it is easy to knock off it's ledge. Not a problem if the rack is empty to get it back into position, but for me, it always seems to do it when I have it loaded down, and it's a bit more challenging to get it back into alignment. I don't see this as that big of a problem, what I need to learn to do is not pull the bottom rack out all the way! ;) Think that's it. If I remember, I'll come back in a few months or so and give an update!

We’re really happy with this dishwasher so far. It does a great job cleaning, and even our plastic containers come out dry.

Washes OK - Has a funky smell and not a fan of the stainless steel outside due to water marks and finger prints..

Top of the line diswasher. sleek looking stainless steel. so quiet I had to stop the cycle and open the door to be sure it was really on! The deal at Best Buy was amazing!

So glad I went with one of Consumer Reports higher rated dishwashers. It is so quiet. the first couple time using, I put my ear low, down near the door just to be sure it is working. Absolutely no complaints.

Love the 30 minute wash cycle. With no center cylinder, much easier to load and unpack. And it is so quiet we cannot hear it running!
