After several months of using it, one could refute those findings. It is not as good as the Sears Kenmore it replaced. The door is heavy and low so one has to bend to place dishes in the lower shelve. Water remains on the dishes after washing, even with the sanitizer on. It is unable to completely clean food from dishes, especially silverware. It cannot be recommended.

I think the arrangement of the rows for plates and cups makes it feel smaller than my last one but since it cleans so well it gets all 5 stars.

Water poured on the floor when we opened it after the wash. It is the absence of a heating element that matters. We returned it for a Kitchen Maid, spent a few hundred more, but well worth it.

This dishwasher is one of the quietest ones we've owned. Only disappointing thing is the plastic pieces don't totally dry. But other than that. Love it.

I have no concern about the product as I read about it but the whole installation experience was not pleasant since I bought all the tool kits they asked me to get yet, to be told they didn't have the parts they need which turned out to be a mistake on their part. I sent out my contractor to get stuff and found out later that the kit I purchased should have the tool that they need. Hopefully, I get a refund for the kit and my contractor's fee.
