This dishwasher will not fit a 9 x 13 Pyrex pan and is not designed to fit anything other that plates and cups. It comes with loading instructions and pictures, and that's all that's in there. We use plastic ware for sandwich boxes, leftovers, etc., and they end up not fitting well, so we end up running this dishwasher much more frequently than our old one. Never would have bought it if we'd known it was like this.

We recently moved into our first home and had an older dishwasher in place. We were excited to try out a new dishwasher that was not only energy-efficient but also water-conservative. After running the Bosch dishwasher for the first time we noticed a weird smell but chalked it up to being brand new. After doing some research, we came to realize that stainless dishwashers are insulated with bitumen to help reduce the noise. We kept running it a few more times, but couldn't stop smelling tar and asphalt off-gassing in the kitchen. We both started getting headaches and just feeling off in our own home. We decided it wasn't worth the worry and feeling about the smell so we returned it within two weeks of purchase. It is difficult to find a non-toxic dishwasher. For now, we will stick with hand-washing.

Ran well however after a few washes the door kept popping open. Bosch came after a week and it seems fine now, but only ran 2 washes since.

I was very impressed with how quiet the machine is while running. We have had it quite a while now and we are very happy with it.

Yes indeed very quiet and really clean the dishes. Even when you load it with pots and pans it clean very well . I love it

this was bought for mom, so she is using it, so far, no complaints. the set up crew was great, very professional.

The dishwasher is excellent. The installer was able to install the machine with minimal difficulty and it works great.

Works great and results in clean dishes for most items even on the 30 minute quick wash. One downside is drying especially plastic but its not too bad may just need to wipe them down with a cloth if you care enough

Bosch did a fine job in noise reduction in this model. It has many washing options and is as quiet as advertised.

Everything I was looking in a dishwasher. Well made and I hope it will last longer than the one I had before.

This is our second Bosch dishwasher. There is nothing wrong with the first one, it's still humming along in our old house.

My last dishwasher was a GE Profile and hated it from the beginning-noisy and did not clean well. Always vowed I would go back to a Bosch .

hopefully can overcome ability to stack dishes easily.

Quiet, works great. Sad that is cost $160 more than advertized. Delivery, setup and installation really adds up.

My old dishwasher was 18 years old- worked well but this one is so quiet and really beautiful! Lots of options.

The geek was very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend the installation program albeit somewhat spendy.

The most important I choose this is this one fit in my current cabinet. It's neat in appearance and very nice in use.

Overall I think it's a great dishwasher. Easy to use and installation service was great.

Already it is telling me i need rinse aid and I only washed one time. So, pouring rinse aid into compartment showed the compartment didn't hold the rinse aid. it leaked as I was pouring rinse aid in. I have had multiple dishwashers and never had this problem. Even had the Bosch dishwasher for years and nothing happened to it. New and old, they don't leave dishes completely dry.
