The first one worked well so when it stopped working I replaced it with another Bosch. This one never seems to get the dishes dry. I think the energy star adjustments they have done reduced drying quality.

Use Finish® JetDry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. Extra Dry delivers enhanced drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. The dishwasher is quiet and well built. The only problem I have is that it does not completely dry after it is done. Leaves a lot of water inside the washer and the dishes are still wet.

Took two more trips by the service agent to get a NEW dishwasher installed. Terrible time dealing with Best Buy online. First call was disconnected after about 1/2 hour. The second agent didn't listen to my problem and just wanted to send out the installer for a third time even after I explained to her that I needed a new dishwasher. After another 1/2 plus on the phone she finally transferred me to a gentleman who actually listened and had the whole issued finished in 10 minutes.

The dishwasher looks rich and elegant. It is easy to use. Most of all, the price is right.

Similar for top rack. Door is very heavy not good for someone with arthritis or other hand or arm issues. Says not to rinse dishes but that is probably better than rewashing them after you wash the stuck food off.

This one is by far the quietest. The only time we hear it is when it is draining through the sink line. Great purchase!
