The dishwasher is quiet and well built. The only problem I have is that it does not completely dry after it is done. Leaves a lot of water inside the washer and the dishes are still wet.

Was a little disappointed in the noise level and cleaned like my old one. Then, I had it one year and two weeks to the day and it quit working. Had my contractor check and the cord which had electricity flowing, but the dishwasher did not turn on. Back to Samsung.

Took two more trips by the service agent to get a NEW dishwasher installed. Terrible time dealing with Best Buy online. First call was disconnected after about 1/2 hour. The second agent didn't listen to my problem and just wanted to send out the installer for a third time even after I explained to her that I needed a new dishwasher. After another 1/2 plus on the phone she finally transferred me to a gentleman who actually listened and had the whole issued finished in 10 minutes.

Two years and needs major repairs

Based on those reviews I bought one. Now a little over two years from purchase I have to replace the impeller, which is at the heart of the machine. This is not what I expected. I would not recommend this dishwasher.

Use Finish® JetDry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. Extra Dry delivers enhanced drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack.
