I've ran it about 4 times now. I always use the express wash. 30 minutes to clean dishes...can't beat it!

The dishwasher is quiet and holds a lot of dishes.

This product does not clean the dishes. Even on the 2.5 hour sanitize setting, some of the dishes will remain dirty. We have read and re-read the manual and tried every setting, nothing works. As an added bonus there is no heating element to dry the dishes so you have to hand dry them. For this price you would think that would not be necessary. It is a cheap feeling product. Plastic and fragile. Also, check Best Buy's installation and return policy. It took a week to get it installed and that chewed into our 15 day return time... By the time we figured out that it just didn't work our return window had closed. Now we are stuck with this worthless (yet expensive) hunk of junk.

Not much more to be said - a modern refrigerator that fit's in a 1980's kitchen. It works well!
