Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was delivered BROKEN, and didnt noticed until after it was installed the next day, they said they would replace it, and now they want to charge me to have the broken one removed and the new one installed after i have already payed someone to do it, i was promised they would do a free install then a supervisor named Joy was super rude and of no help and pretty much said they wouldnt do the free install, VERY DISSAPOINTED, and will NOT buy any more appliences from best buy!

We bought this for my parents as a gift since their other dishwasher died and we are totally jealous that we don't have this one. Botsch is the only brand we'll buy from now on.

This is the second one that I have purchased. I love how quite they are since my house is open concept and there is no wall to separate it from my family room where we watch tv.
