Worked for a week and a half

Fortunately, it does not work with a broken door latch. We returned it and got a different brand. Best Buy was great in taking care of us.

Flailed after 3 weeks

Oddly enough, this is the first of the 5 appliances to fail that I bought at the same time when updating the kitchen. I was disappointed but this new unit could be installed without any modifications required. The new unit has always required a lot of force to open and close. Then it started having problems latching when I closed it. Today, it would close with effort but the dishwasher would not function. It is showing error code “E01”. Called Bosch. They gave us a repair place to call. They can’t be here until next Tuesday, 4 days from now.
