The manual does not adequately describe how to use some functions. the installer was of no help, he did not have the time to demonstrate anything since he said he had already installed 8 dishwashers that day and had 3 more to do. Online help people were of no help as they did not know the product, but referred me to 4 different uninformed people.

Its a much better dishwasher than my samsung I paid a lit more money for. If your on the fence about purchasing this Bosch, buy it!!!

No longer cleans dishes, tried all the "fixes" cleaning filters, spray arms, etc. Dishes come out looking the same as when they were put in. Please don't tell me to review how to load a dishwasher. No changes were made at all, this is a new issue.Also a drawback was the layout is really bad. Not sure what they were thinking whoever designed this. Been using dishwashers for decades, never had these issues. Save your money.
