I was very excited to order this dishwasher after reading about the energy and water efficiency. It was also recommended to me by many friends. Unfortunately, after running it the first time I noticed what smelled like tar/asphalt. After doing further research I discovered stainless steel dishwashers are insulated with bitumen to help with noise cancelling. However, I could smell these same chemicals off gassing in my kitchen. After almost two weeks of headaches due to the smell, the convenience of having a dishwasher wasn’t worth the long term stress of being exposed to these dangerous carcinogens. I was told by customer service the smell would “wear off” after 30 washes but that was not a risk I was willing to take. Luckily I was able to return it within 2 weeks and get a full refund. Best Buy’s customer service team was great. They made the return process for easy for me.

Very quiet, dishes are rather difficult to stack and need to be dried at the end of cycle.

Bought this thinking I was getting a high end product but it has been extremely disappointing. The dishes never dry on any setting and the cycles run for 2.5 hours. you'd think it has plenty of time to be dry but nope, open the door and everything is wet. I have to towel dry everything! Insane. So I called the company and they said must be the jet dry and don't use liquid soap so I go out and buy both powder and jet dry and nope, same garbage! Still not drying almost 6 months later. The company doesn't want to send a technician out to check it out. They sent me an email manual to try to change the codes to see if that works but there is clearly something wrong with the dryer on this. The heater is just not working as supposed to or it's defective. i'm not sure since nobody's been out to fix it. So I give it a 1 star. Zero if possible and it was expensive to boot. Should have stuck with Whirlpool. Sheesh.

The dishwasher is working fine. The arrangement of the trays makes it hard to maximize loading . Install was sad. They didn’t secure my dishwasher and it keeps falling forward when loading. Charged me for tools and new hoses for the install which I didn’t get.

The Bosch Ascenta dishwasher would not complete a cycle without the door popping open. There is a manufacture recall

This dishwasher is very quiet and does a great job.

We love this dishwasher. So quiet, thankfully the display tells you its on or not. While I had wanted a third rack, I haven't noticed a lose of space due to have flatware baskets instead. Best Buy had the best price for this unit and while I also thought I wanted stainless steel. The black looks exceptional with our wood grain cabinets. Both racks offer great flexiblity.

I had always heard that Bosch is a quality product. This dishwasher is awful. if you don't run it every day it smells terrible. When the cycles are done, the dishes are still wet. The only way you can keep it from smelling constantly is to run the sanitizer function I am very disappointed. The racks are configured in such a way that it doesn't hold as many dishes as our old kitchen aid I will never buy a Bosch product again.

The two technicians were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I was called by them when they were 10 minutes away from arriving. The installation seemed to be effortless which put my mind at ease. They tested dishwasher after installing by checking connections and running to make sure drainage worked with no leaks. I was instructed on use of it and all my questions were answered. Thank you for hiring these two individuals.

Great value. There are many more expensive options out there but this one does everything and is very quiet

Never had a dishwasher that cleaned dishes so well

It took a little while to learn how to wash the dishes if the new dish washer. We bought the rinse additive recommended and used the lowest time wash and the dishes are coming out dry and ready to put away. We are very happy with the new washer. The installers were very helpful and did a very quick installation and cleaned up after they were done. Very good workers.

Great. Quiet and washes well. I also have a Bosch stove. I love Bosch.
