No chips, no nicks on 90 year old etched sherbet glasses. (Cleaning cooked on food from my Dutch oven requires the "sanitize" setting. I'm enjoying the crud sensor and super quiet operation. Just a well built washer.

The tines are set in such a way that many dishes just don't fit in it very well. I would like a better tray for small tools. If you are replacing an older dishwasher (20-25 years), be aware that you might have to have a plumber to do the installation.

The arrangement of the trays makes it hard to maximize loading . Install was sad. They didn’t secure my dishwasher and it keeps falling forward when loading. Charged me for tools and new hoses for the install which I didn’t get.

So quiet, thankfully the display tells you its on or not. While I had wanted a third rack, I haven't noticed a lose of space due to have flatware baskets instead. Best Buy had the best price for this unit and while I also thought I wanted stainless steel. The black looks exceptional with our wood grain cabinets. Both racks offer great flexiblity.

I was called by them when they were 10 minutes away from arriving. The installation seemed to be effortless which put my mind at ease. They tested dishwasher after installing by checking connections and running to make sure drainage worked with no leaks. I was instructed on use of it and all my questions were answered. Thank you for hiring these two individuals.

We bought the rinse additive recommended and used the lowest time wash and the dishes are coming out dry and ready to put away. We are very happy with the new washer. The installers were very helpful and did a very quick installation and cleaned up after they were done. Very good workers.
