Bought this product, and was able to use it for about six months before it stopped working. Tried to get Bosch to fix it, because they advertise first year warranty, to no avail. Item came with no serial number which is also a product fail. Best Buy would not assist or take responsibility for lack of serial number either. Do not buy!

Cosmetically dishwasher is very nice. However, the dishwasher is difficult to use. Owners manual is not straightforward. I had to call the company and they had me to input codes to set the dishwasher. My dishes are always wet after the completed cycle which leaves a very bad odor in the dishwasher

Within the first month I needed to call for service that's not a good sign I would never recommend this machine to anyone. Not to Meron beat busy geek squad referred me to the wrong technicians that doesn't service bosh so I've been without I dishwasher for almost two weeks very disappointed all around....

This product was highly rated in Consumers' Reports, but we're a little disappointed in the rack arrangement. We're finding that we can't fit nearly as many dishes as we could in our old GE unit.

So far, it works well. No frills, but there is room for a number of dishes, and they get clean. Wish there was an option to turn off the dryer. It takes up a lot of time when it's not always needed.

Even with sanitize cycle the inside never dries, which causes the dishwasher to smell 2 or 3 hours after you unload it. I never used the dryer cycle on my old dishwasher, so I didn't think the lack of a dryer on the Bosch unit would be an issue, but I was wrong! This dishwasher also didn't clean the dishes well,even though I pre-cleaned the dishes far better than I ever cleaned them with my 13 year old GE. Best Buy, however, was great and gave us a full credit, including the installation fee, for a replacement dishwasher.

Factory default setting keeps the dishwasher on until it is manually turned off. No more running a load and leaving because this machine will still be on when you get back. Also have done two loads so far and the inside stays wet and smells. Bosch had a high consumer reports rating ..they must have just seen the picture and never used it. I am sorry i purchased it.

It does not dry completely and the cleaning is ok.

returned 3 or 4...lost track. Finally BB honored their extended warranty. All of them with issues: bent door, motor failed, pump failed, latch wouldn't failed on multiple units. STAY AWAY!

So upset. Had to return it. It was too tall to fit under the countertop!

I was very disappointed with this Bosch dishwasher. This new appliance replaces a 10 year old Bosch dishwasher I was extremely pleased with. This racks are flimsy and the utensil baskets are so thin I'm surprised the water doesn't break them. I will not purchase another Bosch unless they stop skimping on quality material and production.
