Hard to load unless you have very thin dishes

To make the dry time come on you "follow the instructions to enter the options mode", then press < until d:oo extra heat is OFF; d:01 extra dry heat is ON. Then press start to save your settings. What happen to off and on? Same with rinse aid. "Follow the instructions to enter options mode. with the displace showing r:00 -r:06, press the < button to change the amount of rinse aid dispensed. r:00 rise aid is OFF. r:03 medium amount of rinse dispensed. r:06 highest amount of rinse aid dispensed. What a pain.

Worst appliance I have ever owned

I thought it would be a better sanitizer I would do anything to have my old dishwasher back. I had it professionally installed so there is no question about improper installation. It doesn’t wash the dishes despite a 2 to 2.5 hour cycle. That’s right in 2 hours it can’t get your plates and bowls clean. It also leaves food particles behind. Now the door has cracked and I have no idea why a crack just appeared and began to spread. I would give this zero star or negative stars if possible.

Lower rack unusable for anything but plates

And runtime is much shorter and it shows the time. But the design of the lower rack is horrible, 3 sections of different but all closely spaced sharply angled tines that make it difficult to put even larger cutting boards let alone bowls or anything but plates. Only one set can handle normal plates, the other half is only good for salad plates.

Bosch very low quality performance not worth $.

WRONG. you get what you pay for. Doesn’t dry fishes. They say open door when done washing and it evaporates water.WRONG. Dishes don’t get clean. Must basically wash them prior to putting in dish washer. I hate this machine.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. We recommend reviewing the troubleshooting tips for unsatisfactory cleaning and drying results on pages 36+37 of your Use & Care manual. Instructions for turning on the Intensive Drying feature are on page 29 of this manual. Large family usage requires you to do a load once or twice a day. Silverware is also a problem. Clicking the racks in place to the side makes the unit hard to close. If not locked in place the front unit falls over.

Soooo worth the wait and the few extra dollars! My dishes actually come out clean without "pre-washing" them - just scrape off the solid food residue, the machine does the rest... like a dishwasher should!

Way better than other washers I’ve had in the past that have all failed and been non repairable. The buttons alone are awesome. Training yourself Not to rinse the dish first with this thing is something to get used to but it works really well! Only bosh from now on.
