Was installed April 3rd. After 3 weeks it would not drain. Called Bosch customer service over the weekend. Person was very unsympathetic and told me the earliest they could get someone out was Thursday. Also made sure that I knew that if it was an install problem it would cost me $99 for the first 16 minutes (Best Buy installed). On Thursday technician came and installed a new pump. On Saturday we ran a load and did not drain. Called Bosch service on Monday and they said the earliest they could get out would be, you guessed it, Thursday. By the time they get out I will have owned for 6 weeks of which it did not work one third of the time. Bosch does not seem very customer oriented.

Bottom rack is very low. Not user friendly for people with back trouble. Prongs separating the dishes are too close together making loading hard. Utensil basket is very flimsy. Miss the third/upper shelf. I chose it without seeing it in a store- not a good idea.

This doesn’t not have a stainless steel tub!! The tub is mainly grey plastic. The silverware holder is the most flimsy plastic. I am so discouraged!! It also arrived scratched.

Machine is quiet, but the rack configuration is not good if you have a lots of bowls and pans since you can not put much inside the dishwasher. I won’t buy this brand next time due this issue

There is no heated drying with a Bosch dishwasher.

QUIET, SMALL BUT PERFECT FOR THE TWO OF US FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD A DISWASHER IN OVER 30 YEARS

Cleans dishes very well. Cycle takes 2 1/2 hours and does not dry dishes really at all. Have to leave the door open all night for them to be dry to put up.

Best cleaning you can get for price. So quiet with minimal water use. Only downside is dishes do not get dry; you must air dry after cycle.

It is good but be aware this model doesn't have heated dry, so there are a lot of water inside and it smells funny...

How can I review a product when you charge my account, say the product will be delivered a certain date, and then you cancel and reschedule 3 months later??? Here's some advice; don't charge anyone's account until that person receives the product; that is only good business and quality assurance. Hey, you got my money...what's the motivation? Yes, I'm raving mad.

So far so good. I bought it because of high ratings from consumer reports. Washes and drys good on auto setting. No complaints. High marks for installers Elias and Alexis. A far better experience as compared to another big box local store.

The speed of purchase and installation were fantastic! This machine does an industrial job at a home machine price! We love it!

It hasn't worked yet, and we got it several weeks ago. Our repair person has had to come out to the house 4 times, and hasn't been able to fix a defective latch yet. If and when it works, maybe it'll be great, but for now, it's been nothing other than non-stop aggravation. Next time, we'll either buy a higher-end Bosch, or try some other manufacturer. This attempt to have an entry level Bosch is a pure failure.

This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It cleans beautifully every time! I do not have to rinse at all. Even baked on messes come out clean. No spots, no streaks! I am delighted!

Nice dishwasher. It would be nice to have the plumbing fitting included instead of being with the power cord.

Excellent value. Bosch quality and quietness at an excellent price. Prompt delivery and easy to install. So happy to have a dishwasher we can run anytime due to noise level.

Appears to clean just fine. Only problem I have is that prongs are so close together I can’t insert my thick dishes.

Stainless color was off. Melted a cup that 2as washed multiple times in our old Whirlpool dishwasher with no issues. GO with Whirlpool.

Washer has excellent variety of wash cycles, including a sanitize cycle and shows time remaining. Cleans dishes and glasses very well. Very quiet. Even though outside dimensions are same as my old KitchenAid, inside is smaller. Top rack holds 2 fewer cups or glasses in each outside row. Bottom rack makes up for this partly by tighter spaces for dishes - holds just as many dishes but cleans them better. Wide spaces in bottom rack are too wide, bowls fall over, waste space. Silver ware rack is fine, but holds less. If you overfill detergent dispenser by 2 grains you cannot close it, but I quickly adjusted. Light comes on when rinse aid is empty - very nice. Door hinges are stiff and push door closed - cannot hold door open just a couple of inches, which is necessary after cycle is over to release steam, since no heated drying. I have to pull top drawer out a bit to hold door open. Door is hard to pull open, and will close with a bang if you are not careful - will be hard on latch over time. Over all very satisfied. Smaller interior space is a disappointment.
