Another 4 months and 20 phone calls later I'm still getting the runaround between Best Buy, Bosch, & repairman, with no help in sight. And no dishwasher.

Recently moved to Oceanside. Replaced old GE DW First full cycle came up “E:24” , “Drain pump blocked”! Installers returned, checked, “yup, pump not draining, we order a new one for you.” That was a month ago! No one called. I went to BB Oceanside, Brian S. I’m told everything is on back- order! Did I buy the very last one! Difficult to believe!

First time, it would not move to another cycle and second time it just died. Never had this much issue. Less than 1-2 month of have either unit.

We can hear the water running in ours. Not sure if it is defective, but don't be surprised if yous isn't as quiet as you may expect if you buy one.

I was told if there were any issues I could return it at my local store. It was supposed to be in excellent condition with all parts included. As I was installing it I found the leveling feet were broken and missing. I returned it to the local Best Buy where they offered to order parts or refund my money. Since I needed it that day I returned it and bought another one elsewhere. I will not buy an open box item again from Best Buy! It was horrible customer service.

The dishwasher washes fine but leaves quite a bit of water behind on dishes and as another reviewer posted leaves moisture all over in the door. I went with the cheaper option of the Bosch dishwashers so maybe that’s the problem. It is pretty quiet which is nice.
