I purchased this Bosch dishwasher after my kitchen aid machine broke after many years of good service. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I would not have chosen this machine. It doesn't rinse properly. I really hate this machine. What a huge waste of money. So much for Bosch!

Very UNHAPPY with this dishwasher. The inside of the washer and the dishes are still wet, even hours after the cycle has run. I use the pods with rinse aide and also added liquid rinse aide, which has not helped. What if you wash dishes and leave town for the weekend? Mildew going to start growing? Seems unsanitary to me.

Price reasonable. Nice finish. Quiet,but you still know it’s running, like in the background.

cleans well, easy to use, does take a long time but worth results

This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. This junk dishwasher started falling apart within a week. Seriously, bits and pieces have fallen off, making dishes and glasses impossible to stack. Pieces that held up the racks broke off within 2 months. And today one of the main rollers (that barely held the bottom rack) just fell right off. I’m going to file a complaint I think. Pleas reconsider BestBuy.

Its okay. The way the rack brackets are laid out its hard to put the dishes in. I don't feel I can put as many in as my old dishwasher.

This is a great buy it is very quiet and gets the dishes sparkling clean.

We were very disappointed. This dishwasher didnt clean the dishes very well. It wasn't as quiet as our previous Bosch. And it was flimsy in construction. Very disappointed! Luckily, the store allowed us to return it.

I did quite a bit of research on this product before I bought it & I must say it is absolutely NOT worth the money. Unfortunately, I only buy a dishwasher about every 12-15 years, so now I'm stuck with this one for a LONG TIME.

This has been the worst experience I've had with any appliance purchase. I'm still trying to get the dishwasher installed after over a month. Everything from a defective dishwasher to unsatisfied Besy Buy service. Totally frustrated and irritated.

Don’t buy this. The inside is small and the racks are not made by anyone who knows how to load a dishwasher. Won’t properly wash dishes on lower rack and doesn’t come with upper baskets for small items. It never dries completely and the inside is always wet (even after changing dry settings). Don’t buy this.

I never would have considered a Bosch but all the other standard brands quality has seriously diminished, according to reviews we read. We were also looking for a quiet dishwasher & Bosch seems to have the market on that as well. At the time of our purchase, Bosch had the only 4 star and above reviews in the listing on Best Buy so we decided upon this brand. My husband picked it up & installed it before I could look at it & the first thing I noticed is that the interior is much smaller than the Kenmore, Whirlpool, GE & Maytag that I have previously owned. We just assumed that all dishwashers had the same internal sizing as their width & height is standard. After the purchase I have now looked at the dimensions & the depth is a whole 3 inches smaller than a similarly priced Samsung. I am a bit unhappy as I often do 2 or 3 washes a day & capacity is important. It won't hold some of my bigger items along with dishes, it is either one or the other. But it is a very quiet machine & it washes very nicely as well. But if I had to do it all over again, I would have purchased a larger machine & lived with a little more noise.

terrible unless you like wet dishes and like hand drying them...we were not warned and found out the hard way...make sure you get one with a dryer built in as this one is drip dry with chemicals to help dry your dishes..yuck!

Super quiet and gets two day old baked on casserole clean!

Its not what we thought it was. I'm not too pleased with it. We thought it dried dishes after washing them.... it does not dry them. The dishwasher runs through its cycles & after 2.5 hours it is completed BUT the dishes are soaking wet. I wished I had asked more questions about its drying ability. I thought all dishwashers dried dishes.

I have never had a dishwasher squeak like this before. It is nerve wracking!!! How do I stop it. Wishing I had gotten the Bosch like I was going to in the first place.
