We purchased this dishwasher in February 2016 and I can honestly say I was impressed with how well it got the dishes clean, was a little disappointed on the drying end. Fast forward 15 months of use and the I can no longer use the washer. It no longer heats the water. After looking into it a bit I found that there is a relay on the main board that goes bad. From what I have read this seems to be a common problem with this washer. I am still waiting to hear back from Bosch so I can get my washer fixed. I hope they will step up to the plate and take care of this issue.

I am happy with the dishwasher, but the installation job was very poor. The drain hose is supposed to be mounted up under the sink, so that the sink doesn't drain into the dishwasher, but the hose was not installed properly and is just laying under my sink. Also, the dishwasher is not anchored and it now moves from side to side; I have to physically pick it up and move it back into place when it moves over too much, keeping the dishwasher door from closing. The anchoring screws have both fallen out after just two weeks. The installer obviously does not know what he's doing. I am not going to call him back to fix it, but will have a local handyman do it instead. I know that he can do it right the first time. I will buy my appliances from a local retailer from now on and avoid the big box stores.

This is 2nd Bosch I buy and both times they last 6 yrs just after warranty and extended warranty expire. Otherwise very quite to operate. I did nt use that much expected it to last a little longer.

Great dishwasher. Excellent schoice for the price. It has room for large items. It is very quiet.

Great Dishwasher, easy to install and works great. My 80 year old mom is using it daily with ease!

I really don't mind the length of time it takes to complete the washing and drying cycle, as this is such a quiet unit. It makes a very comforting, quiet murmuring, telling me my dishes are getting squeaky clean. It uses very little soap and drying agent. The dishes pack nicely, with plenty of space for tall items. The silverware tray is fantastic...very large with great capacity (I removed the little divider covers easily.) This was easy to install, even though we've never had a built-in before. I was able to get the installation instructions online ahead of time, so we were all ready to go when the Bosch arrived. Delivery was perfect!

This our 2nd Bosch dishwasher. This one is basically an updated version of the one we bought 12 years ago. They have added some features and improved others. It is extremely quiet. You can stand less than 3 feet from and have a conversation with no problem. The wash cycle is long 2 hours but everything comes out nice and clean. Only negative is you have to manually pop out the gunk filter and clean it @ 1x per month. All in all a very good piece of equipment

I'm really disappointed of this dishwasher. I was excepting more from a Bosh. I bought 2 months ago and gave it a good try before to write the review. There is two problems with the dishwasher. First the set up of the chariot is not effective. The slots to put the dishes in are too small. I can wash about half of the dishes I was able to was with my hold dishwasher. And forget about pots and pans. No place for them. Second it doesn't clean the dishes. If I load it full the dishes are not clean. Even if I rinse them they come out dirtier than they were. I would like to return it but I don't think it is possible. The only positive thing about it it is very quiet.

Does exactly as stated cleans your dishes and does it quietly.

Honestly, there should be a recall on this dishwasher! You have to be very gentle moving the racks while loading. You have to make sure both racks are not open at the same time. The reason: the racks are very shaky and unstable. The bottom rack has come off the tracks on numerous occasions as have the wheels on those racks. Today, the dishwasher was nearly full when I moved the bottom rack out to load a little plate. When that happened, three wheels popped off. The remedy: I had to take out an almost fully loaded bottom rack and attempt to replace the wheels..........I am 65 and work out pretty regularly so I have decent upper body strength; however, it was heavy and cumbersome to do so. I may change this out for another dishwasher if this happens again. If you are elderly, I would not purchase this particular dishwasher......

Its a dishwasher alright... Seems to do a decent job, we run it every day as it is quite small. We have had to re-run it once, and re-wash a few glasses. It does have a lot of features.

So quiet I can hardly tell if it started. A bit cumbersome to load yet since rack setup is so different from my last dishwasher.

It has done a fantastic job of cleaning dishes and glasses.

I had a Bosch dishwasher in another home and simply loved it! The one thing you need to understand is that Bosch typically do not come with a dryer element. Because the dishes are typically dry because of the rinse agent. This appliance I bought does not have the dryer element (though they are now available in other models), as long as you keep the rinse agent in the machine, dishes come out dry. And it also brings the cycle time down too (about 20 minutes). The only downside I have is they have a new plastic part in the bottom of the machine does make the noise of water hitting it, kind of annoying.

I went from an 8 year old Maytag to this model. The maytag was a "quiet series" This Bosch puts the Maytag to shame.

The installation was free and went very smooth. We like this dishwasher so far. Cleans the dishes, drys them well. Can't complain. Happy with it.

Dishwasher does its function really well with excellent washing and drying. Although would have liked the option to choose whether to dry or not. Unfortunately the front panel is definitely one of the cheapest with cheap plastic switches especially stark in such a relatively higher end unit. The child lock is joke- it can only lock once the wash cycle has started. There is no child lock option in the standby mode! Bosch failed to impress.

Replaced a 15 year washer with this one this past weekend. Runs very well and dishes were spottless. There is no heated drying cycle and the machine is sealed so well that moisture doesnt escape very easily. So dishes that i had washed on saturday were still damp Monday night...there was still dropplets of water on the inside of the door with a moldy smell. Maybe the smell does away after a few cycles. If not for the wet dishes two days later i would have given a higher rating

This machine is very quiet. That is a very nice feature. Unfortunately, I hate this machine. The rack is designed in such a way I cannot fit my plates and bowls in the rack. This has also caused a disagreement between my husband and I as to which way dishes fit and which direction they should go. I would not recommend you buy this due to the utter frustration.
