We received a manufacturer's credit because the dishwasher (different brand) we purchased a year earlier broke down multiple times. We didn't want to buy the same brand and used the refund to purchase the Bosch instead. We're very happy so far -- no problems so far and it cleans better than the previous. Only complaint is the door is a bit hard to open.

The low noise volume and cleaning are really impressive, but we're having a hard time fitting our dishes in well because the tine height and positions seem geared to really flat/shallow dishes.

Installation crew did a great job. Unit is easy to use and very quite. No problems with cleaning of dishes.

We purchased this after having a very loud, poor quality GE for about 7 years. I read all the good reviews for this Bosch but had witnessed the poor drying power because my parents own an older model. I was skeptical but gave it a try. It is a very solid unit and cleans very well. Super quiet and has great features. Unfortunately, the drying capability is still a problem for Bosch. You have to use the high heat sanitize feature to get it as dry as possible and even then it is still pretty wet.

We haven't had this dishwasher that long, but it is already dear to me! I told my husband to LISTEN. He said, "What?! I don't know what I am supposed to be listening to." I told him that was exactly what I meant! This dishwasher is so quiet and easy to use! So far I have only used the 1/2 hour express wash and it works wonderful!

We purchased this for our vacation home. When the decision was made to replace the dishwasher, there was NO question as to the brand we wanted: Bosch. This unit was a great buy, and we are beyond happy with it. This machine is quiet, gets everything very clean, and can hold a LOT of dishes. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone and everyone.

I was told Bosch dishwashers are good and clean well. So far it seems to clean the dishes well and is very quiet compared to my old dishwasher.

This thing is fantastic. It’s quiet, easy to use, powerful, and doesn’t clog.

The washer does a great job cleaning all of our dishes. Most of the tines are to close together to put our deep cereal bowls in without taking up a lot of space. Not great at drying plastic. It is really quiet. I feel like it performers great for such a low price.

Very quiet dishwasher. We were looking for a Bosch (repeat customers) and this one had a very good selection of various cycles. We pre-rinse dishes, so we use express wash with the high drying option. Previous reviews complained about the D/W being hard to load. I don't have a problem with it. The spaces are smaller in some areas, but you just need to be creative in how you load it.

This truly is the quietest dishwasher I've ever had - or not heard! While I don't use the "china cycle" often during the holidays and special occasions I use that cycle often. The crystal comes out sparkling and the china shows no wear or damage. It's not the least expensive dishwasher out there, but I'm glad we opted to spend the extra money and get this model. Well worth the price.

My husband and I sounded like a commercial when we saw the results of our first wash. We used the one hour express setting without rinse aid and we're still very very pleased! I used the normal wash once and it really was not necessary to use the extra hour. The dishes came out just as clean with the express wash. Apparently from reviews I have read, a few consumers do not like the condensation drying. They find that their dishes are not absolutely dry. I have not found that to be a problem. Sometimes the plastic containers do have to be wiped but it is a good trade for the progress in saving energy. I would definitely buy another one of these dishwashers.

This is my second Bosch dishwasher. I love how quiet it is and how well it cleans. Compared to my previous model, this dishwasher is slightly larger. If there were a downside, it would be that the magnet (?) holding the door shut is too strong. I wonder if the handle will break which is what went wrong with my last Bosch.

I purchased this dishwasher based on the Consumer Reports recommendation. It was about half the price of their other top rated units. I have had excellent results with its ability to clean, and it is so quite that it is hard to tell if it is running.

Didn't need all the bells and whistles of the top of the line. It was fairly easy to install. Seems to be very quiet, cleans well. Like the display to indicate how much time left in the cycle. Easy to clean the drain/filter. I think this is what killed our last machine.

I had earlier determined that this was the dishwasher for me via my on-line subscription to Consumer Reports....A Consumer Reports Best Buy. Reasonably priced, very, VERY quite, and does a great job. Getting it from Best Buy just made the whole thing easier and no hassle and no cost surprises....eg. knew when I ordered it in the store what all the small add-ons were and plus the local store provided a great deal on installation.

I love this dishwasher it always cleans my dishes the first try the multiple modes and space for my dishes are perfect for my dishwashing needs so much better than doing wverything by hand

we replaced our 19 year old Bosch dishwasher that died with a new Bosch 100 series dishwasher that Consumer Reports rated as the top diswasher they tested. according to Bosch specs this model is not their quietest model, but it is much quieter than our old Bosch dishwasher. our kitchen is open to our family room and we can't hear it running when sitting 10 feet away. one issue was the bottom rack was hard to fit dishes into so we reused the bottom rack from our old Bosch dishwasher which fit perfectly. Also you must manually hit ON/OFF button after each use to blank out the cycle timer. The dishwasher door is also harder to open then our old Bosch. It seals tight, but does take a good tug to open the door. it feels like strong magnets might be used hold door closed.

A terrific dishwasher and a great price. Very quiet -- sometimes I'm not sure it's on. I only have two trivial negative comments: 1) that the silverware basket is along the side and is a little inconvenient to drop silverware in (the lower rack must be rolled out so I can reach the rear of the basket), and 2) the door of the unit takes more of a pull to open than I'd expect. Otherwise it's a fantastic unit.

We wanted a quiet machine that washes the dishes well. This dishwasher meets both criteria. Our kitchen is near our TV viewing area and this machine does not interfere with us hearing our programs. In fact, we have to look at the time on it to know when it is done. The quality and price are good.
